What happens when a sale ends?

Revertly restores each variant's original price and compare-at price exactly as they were before the sale. An independent safeguard also force-reverts any sale that runs past its end.

What if I change a price during a sale?

If you or another app edits a variant's price while a sale is live, Revertly detects it and leaves that variant alone instead of overwriting your change. It's flagged on the sale page.

What if I uninstall during a live sale?

Once uninstalled, the app can no longer change prices, so sale prices may stay live. We warn you by email if you uninstall with a sale running. Reinstall within 48 hours and Revertly will offer to revert from its saved snapshot.

Does Revertly touch customer data?

No. It only reads and writes product prices and holds no customer personal data. See our Privacy Policy.
